DWI / DUI / Refusal Defense Attorneys in Upper Saddle River New Jersey The Upper Saddle River, New Jersey police have reported they have arrested and charged a Mahwah women with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of an open container of alcohol in her motor vehicle this weekend. It appears that several Upper Saddle River police officers actually observed the Mahwah resident smash into another parked vehicle when she was attempting to make a U-turn right outside their headquarters. Instead of stopping, the officers have reported that the women attempted to flee the scene. Fortunately, they were able to quickly pull over the women’s vehicle before she collided with any one else.

Based on a brief investigation, the women was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of an open container. When the women was brought back to the station, her blood alcohol level was determined to be over three times the legal limit.
