For sexual predators to attack, all that is needed is an opportunity, and a victim. When they are provided with these two things they are capable of engaging the in some of the most heinous crimes imaginable. Multiple residents of Fort Lee New Jersey, have been the victim of a sexual predator, who took advantage of his position working in a medical office to abuse them.

A resident of Fort Lee, New Jersey is being charged with sexually assaulting multiple patients according to authorities. The Bergen County Prosecutor’s said that last month a report was made by two females, saying that the defendant touched them in an inappropriate way while they were visiting his medical facilities.

One of these victims, a 29-year-old female, reported to police that the defendant had inappropriately touched her on her breasts, and in her vaginal area. This allegedly took place during a procedure that she had performed on the 21st of December. A separate individual also accused the defendant of engaging in inappropriate actions during her visit to his office on 29 December. According to the victim, the defendant performed a procedure that she neither requested nor authorized. This procedure involved him touching her vaginal area.

According to the police, the defendant was alone with these women when both of these attacks occurred, this could make the difference between a sexual assault and an aggravated sexual assault charge. Neither woman was aware that the defendant was not actually a doctor nor was he a licensed physician.  The defendant has since been arrested by the by the Fort Lee Police Department, and is being held in the Bergen County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

The defendant will almost certainly be charged with two counts of sexual assault. These are second degree indictable (felony) crimes in New Jersey and if convicted on both counts the defendant could be sentenced up to twenty years in a State prison. In addition, the defendant will be required to register under Megan’s Law for the rest of his life.
