Eluding & DUI Charges issued by Saddle Brook NJ Police Department
According to the Saddle Brook police department, a Passaic New Jersey resident was arrested and charged with eluding and driving under the influence a couple days ago. The initial reports indicate that the Saddle Brook police department attempted to pull over the driver in Saddle River New Jersey however the driver refused to actually pull over till he was in Clifton New Jersey. Therefore, he took the police on a chase through two separate counties in New Jersey.
After the defendant was apprehended it was discovered that he was not only eluding the police and driving under the influence but he was also driving an unregistered and uninsured car and to make matters worse, he was also blowing through red lights and weaving across lanes. According, to the Saddle River Police Department, the defendant has been charged with DUI, eluding, reckless driving and driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle while unlicensed.
