Rutherford NJ Burglary AttorneysAccording to the reports released thus far, the Rutherford Police Department was able to interrupt a trio attempting to burglarize a Land Rover that was parked in a driveway in Rutherford, New Jersey last night. The police were apparently tipped off by a concerned citizen about the suspicious activity. The officers on scene were able to observe one of the Defendant’s standing near the Land Rover quickly attempting to remove his latex gloves. As a result, they were further able to locate a vehicle a short distance down the road and inside the vehicle the officer discovered several iphone charges, cellphones, a navigation system and a small amount of marijuana.The three Defendant’s were arrested and charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and theft.
