Death by Auto & DWI Charges issued in Bergen County NJ

Death by auto charges were issued to a fifty-eight year old Paramus lady after she fatally struck an Elmwood Park gas station attendant as he attempted to cross Route 46 late Tuesday night. According to the reports, the victim a forty-eight year old Elmwood Park gas station attendant, was attempting to flag down an officer who was on traffic patrol for assistance with an argument he was having with another individual at the gas station when he was struck by the Defendant.
