A heated argument in a Newark New Jersey restaurant results in one death and two injuries. This dispute took place inside of the IHOP restaurant that was located on Bergen Street. According to reports the 30-year-old manager of the IHOP Papa Khaly Ndiaye was fatally wounded, and pronounced dead a few hours after his arrival at the hospital.
Another one of the individuals injured in the shootout is currently in the University Hospital, and is listed as being in stable condition. The other wounded individual was treated for his injuries at University Hospital, and then released. It is not clear if the two injured people were other customers in the restaurant or if they were IHOP employees.
According to authorities, a fight broke out between two customers inside the IHOP. The manager attempted to break up the fight, and shots were fired by one of the two fighting individuals.
