An Oakland New Jersey man plead out last month to essentially molesting children while he was on the job. Thomas Thomasevich, 70, plead to two counts of endangering the welfare of children as well as a few other charges. Thomasevich spent the last four months in county jail. Thomasevich was accused of groping two children during his job as a bus driver. He reportedly bribed the children with candy, toys and doughnuts in order for them to stay quiet. The judge suspended Thomasevich’s prison sentence. Thomasevich is also required to serve fifteen years on parole supervision. He is also barred from holding any jobs that will have him come into contact with children.

Endangering the Welfare of Children Defense Attorneys

A third degree crime also has a maximum penalty of up to $15,000 in fines, as well as other fines and court costs associated with it.
