 Jersey City Resident Charged with DWI, DWI in a School Zone & Assault by Auto

New Jersey DWI / DUI Defense LawyersAccording to the reports released thus far from the Lodi Police Department, they have arrested and charged a Jersey City resident with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone and reckless driving following an incident that occurred yesterday around 7am. It appears that not only did the Defendant crashed his vehicle into a Lodi police cruiser but he also attempted to flee the scene. In fact, a Lodi police officer actually had to climb inside the driver side window to place the Defendant under arrest.
