Crack Cocaine & Heroin Found in Lodi Women’s Apartment Following Domestic Dispute
When it rains it pours. A twenty-four year old Lodi, New Jersey women has been arrested yet again. She was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic needles and possession of a crack cocaine pipe earlier this week. It appears that the Lodi police department was called to the women’s apartment after a man ask them for assistance after she allegedly began throwing his belongings all over the apartment. When the officer’s arrived and entered the home, they were escorted to her bedroom. Once inside the bedroom the officers observed in plain view a crack cocaine glass pipe, a hypodermic syringe and two herion wax fold envelopes stamped “BOOM”. As a result of their findings, the Defendant was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Defendant currently has possession of prescription drug charges pending out of Lodi following a September 18, 2014 incident. In addition, the Defendant was also arrested last year after a car she was driving took a 12 foot plunge that landed her in a Garfield shopping center’s parking lot. As a result of that incident, the women was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI). If convicted on the new charges alone, the Defendant could be facing a lengthy state prison sentence in addition, to high fines, a license suspension and possibly mandatory drug treatment.
