Cocaine, Marijuana & Steroids Found During Search Warrant in Paramus NJ

Yet another major drug bust for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force this week. According to the reports released thus far, a search warrant executed on a Paramus home leads to one of the residents being arrested and charged with very serious charges. The resident, a twenty-seven (27) year old male, was arrested and charged with various drug offenses, including simple possession and possession with the intent to distribute. Authorities allege that they uncovered over six (6) pounds of marijuana, a pound an half (1 1/2) of cocaine, steroids, cutting agents, packaging supplies and approximately $14,000 in cash. It is unclear at this point in time what lead to the search warrant but it has been announced that the Paramus, Dumont, Tenafly Police Departments along with Bergen County Sheriffs Office assisted the Task Force in taking down the Defendant. The Defendant was taken to the Bergen County Jail and bail was set at $100,000. Based on the quantity of cocaine alone, the Defendant is facing up to twenty (20) years in a New Jersey State Prison and a fine up too $250,000.
